close to parks and aquariums for weekend explorers

The hotel's proximity to the Georgia Aquarium, just a little over a kilometer away, made my city walks more exciting, while the nearby parks provided fantastic views and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

We had a wonderful time exploring Atlanta from our hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive to attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and College Football Hall of Fame. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large family with four babies, ensuring we had everything we needed.

My children wished there were more entertainment options for little ones at the hotel. A dedicated play area or children's activity schedule would have made our stay even better.

my recent stay far exceeded my expectations during my previous visit to atlanta. the luxurious accommodations and exceptional service truly stood out, especially the comfortable bedding that offered the best sleep i've had. also, the restaurant served delicious breakfast options, including a variety of fresh pastries and organic juices.

the tv connection to streaming services didn’t work.

The staff was super helpful, especially at the valet. they made my stay enjoyable. The only hiccup was the delayed breakfast service. 🥞

The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The staff were super nice, especially James, who gave great recommendations. It’s close to museums and Olympic park, making it easy to walk around. The restaurant was convenient and had delicious food, which really added to the experience.

Great hotel but kid-friendly? Not so much!

We stayed one night and the room was stunning with a fab city view. The lobby was super classy. Got excellent service from the lobby bar, but when we tried to go to the rooftop bar, they wouldn’t seat us because we had our kids. Felt a bit off, honestly. Room service was awesome, though!

I really loved the high tea experience. the staff made my birthday feel special with a whole cake! The AG Steakhouse’s food was excellent, too. The warm brownie dessert was unforgettable. I'd definitely come back!

Lack of pool

I loved the location of the Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta. It’s near plenty of great dining options and attractions. The valet staff stood out for their friendliness. My room's bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. However, I faced a few inconveniences. Had to call housekeeping every evening for tea and creamer, which felt a bit annoying. Additionally, the room lacked adequate outlets and counter space, making it tough to organize my things. Overall, a pleasant experience but with room for improvement.

Oh, the beef dishes at the hotel bar were on point! Delish! Plus, I loved how the lobby buzzed with energy and the service felt like a hug from an old friend. My room was pure comfort with plush linens, just like sleeping on a cloud! What a treat!

But can we chat about those tiny towels? They felt like they belonged to a budget motel, not a Ritz! Also, I'm missing a pool or spa vibe here—would've capped off my stay perfectly. And yo, the valet parking wasn't the friendliest on the wallet either.
